Mrs Czernuszka claimed Ms King - who the court heard had an 'intimidating' reputation - had said 'that f***ing number seven, I'm going to break her' before poleaxing her by 'belly flopping' on her during a rolling scrum. 'This was a reckless and dangerous act and fell below an acceptable standard of fair play,' he said. ![]() On Thursday the judge ruled in Mrs Czernuska's favour and said that in executing the tackle, Ms King had been 'intent only on exacting revenge' because she was angry at how the game had played out. 'I remember hearing the loud pop of my back breaking and then instant electric shocks down to my feet,' she said. Speaking of the tackle she said her jaw was slammed shut on the impact of the blow from Ms King. She said that the children had experienced their mother's 'pain' when she was 'stuck in bed' following the injury. Mrs Czernuska told The Times that last month her son decided that he did not want to play anymore 'because I don’t want to get hurt like you', and as a an alternative he plays tag rugby - a version with less contact. ![]() ![]() This image shows the moment Natasha King tackled Mrs Czernuszka during the rugby match
